A sad day for SL Gor

Fire all over at Port Falworth. On this picture you can see the camp, bridge and memorial on fire. Also there were fires at the dock and in the buildings next to the dock. Also the were object placed on the sim.

It is a good tradition in Gor that a hut is set on fire and a flag is planted on the lands of another tribe.  It used to be common practice especially by panther and taluna tribes.  It can be seen as an invitation to play.
Sadly it is used now for griefing sims of another tribe. Recently taluna tribe set over 18 big fires at Port Falworth and left objects. On a homestead these amount of scripts cause lag and makes it hard to play Gor.

There was no intention to evoke Gor roleplay, the only purpose was to harm the sim. We should be thankful for members who pay a lot of real money for creating a  Gor sim where everyone can play and not try to destroy their work.

In one hut were five! fires. Also, and this is very sad, a memorial for a sister who passed away RL was set on fire.

I choose not to reveal the names of the ones of that taluna tribe who did this, but be sure all is carefully documented.

  1. Truly sad when a few people can make all of Gor seem so bad we can only hope that they did it only in jest
